Student Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Student Affiliate Program ("Program") offered by Homebox ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By participating in the Program, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not participate in the Program.

1. Eligibility:

This program is running for the upcoming 2024/2025 academic year. To participate in the Program, you must be a currently enrolled student at an accredited educational institution. The Program is open to students in the UK, subject to local laws and regulations.

2. Enrollment:

To enroll in the Program, you must complete the online registration form provided by Homebox. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the enrollment process. We reserve the right to accept or reject any enrollment at our sole discretion.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities:

As an affiliate, you agree to promote the Homebox service in a truthful and ethical manner. You will not engage in any activities that may damage the reputation of Homebox or its affiliates.

4. Commission Structure:

You will earn a commission on qualifying purchases made by customers who use your unique affiliate link or promo code. The commission rate and payment terms will be outlined in a separate agreement or communication provided by Homebox.

• Payment will not be made for customers who are not fully signed up (including correct bank details).
• Affiliate revenue will only be eligible for payout once the customer has successfully maintained an active subscription for at least two consecutive months.
• Homebox only currently operates in the mainland UK, so affiliate payments will not be paid on properties outside the UK.

5. Payment:

Commissions will be paid out according to the payment schedule outlined by Homebox. Payments will be made via the preferred payment method specified by you during the enrollment process.

6. Termination:

Homebox reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms or fraudulent activity.

7. Modification of Terms:

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the Homebox website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

8. Limitation of Liability:

To the extent permitted by law, Homebox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Program.

9. Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Branding Terms:

All partners must ensure that any Homebox logos and brand descriptions are up to date. Partners are not permitted to amend Homebox assets.

All offers listed on partner sites must be kept up-to-date and in line with our terms and conditions. In applying for the Homebox Affiliate programme you are confirming that you are not promoting the Homebox affiliate programme in inappropriate environments such as, but not limited to:

• Illegal material
• Any obscene or sexually explicit material;
• Any violent, discriminatory, threatening or abusive material;
• Any material which is blasphemous or defamatory in any way
• Any material that infringes the Intellectual Property of any third party
• File sharing

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all materials that you share. For any assets created by yourself, sign-off is required from Homebox before these are shared.
