Bills included package

The Bills included package will be built and used within all tenancies within the BTR property. The package is built from any of the following:

• Communal heating / hot water
• Water
• Gas and Electricity
• Council Tax
• A range of broadband speeds and choices
• Regular cleaner
  

Homebox can facilitate payments to any UK water and council tax providers and work with a select group of industry suppliers for energy, broadband and TV.

Within the Bills Included package, all tenants are offered a standard internet package, although tenants can opt-in for internet with enhanced speed for an additional amount if applicable. This package allows for a more appealing and reassuring utility process for tenants when looking at BTR properties.

Homebox Bills packages

With the Homebox Bills package, tenants have the choice of picking the utility services of their choice, giving the tenants the freedom to select and choose as they desire to suit their needs and budgets, Homebox will take control of managing their utilities thus forward.

Our request is for the BTR property manager to direct tenants to Homebox, where our team can help tenants to set up their bills.

This can be in the form of physical brochures for the set-up or tenants contacting the Homebox customer service team.

BTR properties can customise the options prior if unique requirements regarding any of the utilities are In need.
